After the huge success that was Breathwork on the beach last Summer, Breathe with Lucas is proud to bring you "TIDE" - a gorgeous morning of "edge-of-the-earth" Hatha Yoga & Still-State Breathwork @ Waimairi Beach, Christchurch.

Now with professional-grade sound tuned for outdoors, a full wellness kit available (mats, blankets, bolsters) & a shit-tonne of love & light, this is gearing up to be the wellness event of the summer in Christchurch.

Suitable for EVERYONE regardless of your experience or skill-level, we open with simple-but-effective Hatha Yoga over 20-30mins, opening up the Nadis (energetic channels within the body) and breathing muscles, before getting comfortable and breathing into bliss with 45-55mins of Still-state breathwork, and finishing with a gentle guided meditation that will allow you to literally melt into the amazingness all around you.
