Welcome to BreathewithLucas.com (the "Site"), operated by Breathe with Lucas ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, features, videos, bookings, and services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). The Site provides breathwork and yoga videos, instructional content, and booking options accessible via paid subscriptions. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, as they may be updated.

 User Accounts

• To access certain features, such as subscriptions and video content, you may need to create an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

 Subscriptions and Payments

• Access to premium breathwork and yoga videos and other content requires a paid subscription ("Subscription"). Subscription plans, pricing, and features are detailed on the Site and may change with notice.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the Subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment information. You agree to their terms and privacy policies.

• You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your Account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds for partial periods.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may offer promotional trials; these convert to paid Subscriptions unless canceled.

• For bookings (e.g., live sessions or workshops), additional terms may apply, including cancellation policies specified at the time of booking.

 Content and Intellectual Property

• The Site contains videos, articles, images, and other materials related to breathwork and yoga (the "Content"). All Content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not: (i) download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent; (ii) use the Content for commercial purposes; or (iii) remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

• User-Generated Content: If you submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute it. You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.

User Conduct: You agree not to:
