Set in the modern and beautiful St Albans Community Centre Hall, and using the vibration & energy shifting modalities of both Sound-Healing & Lucas' Hypoxic-Hatha combos - this is an expertly crafted evening of deep somatic immersion that you won't want to miss!

Opening with a casual & gentle intention setting ceremony over Lotus-Flower tea, Lucas will then guide us through one of his well-known Hatha & Hypoxic combo sessions. 25-30 mins of heart-opening Hatha followed by 45-50mins of timed Hypoxic Breathwork rounds, expertly guided and set to gorgeous original psychedelic journey music as well as the amazing DJ Taz Rashid.
