Sometimes we just need time to Return home to self 💞 And as always, the breath will lead us there exactly as we need. After the success of "Submerge" @ The St Albans Community Centre on July 5th, Lucas is bringing the breath back with an evening of Hatha Yoga, Still-State Breathwork & Yoga Nidra - all set to a 100% original new soundtrack crafted specifically for the evening. Beginning with gentle heart-opening Hatha over 30 mins, we move into a 6-8 round Still-State cultivation journey over 45-55min before closing out with a deeply introspective Yoga-Nidra meditation allowing you to gently rest back in to what is always there but oft lost - thy self. $30, limited to 25 spaces.
