Welcome to EMERGE – A Morning Collaboration.

On Saturday 12 September, we return to the beautiful St Albans Community Centre for a 2½-hour morning journey through movement, breath, stillness and sound.

Lucas from Breathe with Lucas will guide the first 90 minutes, beginning with heart-opening Hatha Yoga before moving into a deeply immersive Still-State Breathwork practice — creating space to release, reconnect and step back into that natural state of clarity, energy and aliveness that can sometimes get buried beneath everyday life.
