After spending most of my Adult life, from late teens, battling crippling recurring anxiety - I'd absolutely had enough. I'd gone through all the usual cycles, pharma medication, herbal medications, alcohol - you name it, I'd tried it. But by 40, this mental cancer was still continuing to return, to control how I interacted with the world, and I was desperate for it to stop.
I'd somehow managed to hold my sanity intact via multiple job changes/redundancies/restructures, 2 weddings and subsequent divorces, children arriving....but it was always just surviving, never really living. Stuck in the same patterns, repeating the same old shit.

In August of 2021, I discovered hypoxic breathwork. And everything changed.

3mins 30 seconds was my first follow-along video, in which I had a profound clearing experience, sitting in bed, and the rest is history.

In the subsequent 4 years I read every breathwork book I could find, completed a minimum of 15mins hypoxic breathwork (and up to 45mins) a day (EVERY DAY), participated in and held classes and festivals, parks, halls and fitness centres all around Canterbury, and built a high-quality 4k video-library of follow-along sessions of all kinds, inspired by those that have changed my life.
